Horizontal reel decoilers

Recognizing a gap in efficient coiled raw material handling, we collaborated closely with industry partners to design and develop this cutting-edge solution. The Reel Decoiler facilitates the seamless feeding of coiled raw materials directly from palettes, balances variable speeds during material draw-off, and significantly minimizes downtime when changing reels.

Electric foil feeder

Developed in-house, the electric foil feeder (FV-340) ensures smooth and reliable transport of plastic and textile foils. It prevents marks caused by the welding sonotrode, delivering flawless results for applications requiring high precision.

Spring separator

Efficient solution for detangling springs of various sizes. The electrically-driven vibratory plate separates entangled springs by utilizing differences in mass and motion dynamics. Calibratable for different spring dimensions and characteristics, it ensures seamless integration into automated production lines.

Pneumatic feed units

High-performance pneumatic feed unit for precision linear movements with adjustable stroke, optimized for ultrasonic welding. Also suitable for stamping and other demanding assembly processes in automated production lines.

Levelling tables

Belt conveyor bunker

Vertical reel decoilers are available in three standard configurations. Single, dobule and 4-way reel
capacity variants. Balance varying reel-off and drawoff speeds. Can perfectly be combined with an automatic welding station for uninterrupted feeding when changing reels. Reel-specific details according to requirements
