VIAL Automation operates a dedicated in-house laboratory specialized in ultrasonic technology. Equipped with digital microscopy, tensile and pressure testing machines, and leak testing equipment, we provide empirical evidence of joint quality. Our extensive range of welding systems positions our facility among the top-tier laboratories in the CEE region.

We also offer our laboratory capacities to companies in serial production looking to improve their existing welding processes. In these cases, we analyze current applications and propose technical and process optimizations.
